A funny and nostalgic look back to the 1970s when childhood friends Rob Hampton and John Morgan used a Super 8 camera to create imaginative mini-epics featuring dinosaurs, aliens, and killer sharks. Decades later, their short films found a modern audience, leading to accolades at over 30 film festivals.

This BAFTA-winning short set in the melting Arctic, tells a story that is both humourous and poignant. Nanuk (voiced by Helena Bonham Carter), is a solitary and starving polar bear, and Aklak,(voiced by Joseph May) is a naive and enthusiastic Canadian grizzly bear. As climate change disrupts their habitats, Nanuk faces a moral dilemma: whether to see Aklak as food or as a potential friend.
